889bet Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Obligations

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered player account on the 889bet platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by 889bet subject to wagering requirements and any other conditions communicated at the time of the offer.

• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

• "Taka" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all 889bet transactions are denominated.

By accessing the 889bet Platform in any capacity — including browsing without a registered account — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 889bet Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional or bonus-specific terms, the promotional terms shall take precedence with respect to the specific promotion concerned, and these Terms shall govern in all other respects.

889bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of the Account Balance pending verification.

To access the full range of 889bet services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. You warrant that all information provided at registration — and at any subsequent time when your details change — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 889bet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. 889bet may, at its sole discretion, decline to open an Account for any applicant and is not obligated to provide reasons for such a decision. 889bet may also require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address issued within the preceding three months.

All financial transactions on the 889bet Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 889bet does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and Bank Transfer to participating Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are generally credited to your 889bet Account within minutes of a confirmed payment transaction. 889bet does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which 889bet accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method and account details used for the most recent deposit, unless 889bet's compliance team approves an alternative arrangement in writing. Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within 30 minutes during normal operating conditions. 889bet reserves the right to extend processing times in exceptional circumstances, including during periods of platform maintenance, regulatory review, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal may be processed, any active Bonus Funds in your Account must have satisfied their applicable Wagering Requirements, or you must elect to forfeit those Bonus Funds and any winnings attributable to them. Real-money Balance that was deposited without a bonus attached may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC verification requirements.

889bet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or irregular activity. This may include requesting source-of-funds documentation. Processing may be paused pending satisfactory completion of such due diligence.

889bet may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, seasonal promotions, and other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, which will specify the eligible games or bet types, the applicable Wagering Requirement, the maximum bet size permitted while a bonus is active, the time limit within which the Wagering Requirement must be satisfied, and any game contribution weightings.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 889bet promotional offers unless expressly stated otherwise include the following:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash prior to satisfying Wagering Requirements.
• 889bet reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time prior to a Player claiming it.
• Where a bonus is awarded in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or any other reason — 889bet reserves the right to reclaim the erroneously awarded amount from the Player's Account Balance.
• Players who 889bet determines are abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine play intent, or any other form of bonus exploitation — will have their bonus funds forfeited and may have their Account suspended.

All bets placed on 889bet are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform at the time of placing a bet and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable across all markets include:

• A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number from the Platform. 889bet accepts no liability for bets that are not confirmed due to connectivity issues, platform errors, or insufficient Account Balance at the time of placement.
• Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the exact moment your bet confirmation is issued.
• In the event of a palpable error in the odds displayed — defined as odds that are manifestly incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of the bet — 889bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at 889bet's sole discretion, including but not limited to periods of significant on-field events such as wickets, goals, or match interruptions.
• Settlement of sports betting markets will follow the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). 889bet will not be bound by unofficial or provisional results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 889bet Platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account under false or third-party identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches, or platform malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of such errors will be voided.
• Participating in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sporting integrity violation in connection with markets available on 889bet.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to achieve an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
• Using the 889bet Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity. 889bet is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.
• Engaging in chargebacks or initiating payment reversals through your payment provider in connection with legitimate 889bet transactions.

889bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 889bet has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive activity has occurred in connection with the Account.
• The Account holder is, or has at any point been, below the minimum age of 18.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 889bet.

Where an Account is closed by 889bet for reasons unrelated to a breach by the Player, any verified real-money Account Balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, net of any applicable Bonus Funds that had not satisfied Wagering Requirements at the time of closure.

Self-exclusion requests — where a Player requests a permanent or time-limited ban from the Platform — will be actioned within 24 hours and may not be reversed during any agreed exclusion period.

This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 889bet; use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools; or frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or application.

889bet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://889bet.biz/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

889bet will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 889bet's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by 889bet's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

889bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 889bet will provide reasonable notice to Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered to your Account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 889bet Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.
